OBAMACARE Poster
This is my answer to Obama's Affordable Care Act. I think Dr. Timothy Leary would have said the same. He was my mentor in neuropolitical thinking.

My Hotmail Account Does Not Exist - Microsoft Lost My Trust
After 13 years having my email account with Microsoft, I found that my email address does not exist any longer. No password recovery. No support from Microsoft.
All I can say it's a warning for a corporation that is decaying in its own terms and services. And I think you should consider other options instead of placing your trust and confidence in Microsoft.
This company is like an old biological organism, like a dinosaur growing and ready for extinction because it does not fit in a technological environment any longer. Their products and services do not have customer satisfaction and they know they are degenerating as their shareholders struggle to reorganize an structure that cannot be fixed.
So, I am not alone in this, Microsoft left 22 millions of complaints (search Google stats) from 2012 rebranding their new Outlook.com hoping people continue with them. Customers know better about lies and they cannot be deceived! Good bye Microsoft!

For Your Consideration Logo Font - Academy Movies Promotional Typography
Members of the Academy of Motion Picture
Arts and Sciences and Academy of Television Arts and Sciences and
associated events usually receive film presentation packages with the
purpose of influencing vote nominations in different categories.
The presentations include usually a
phrase that is very common in entertainment named “For Your
Consideration”. Of course, there are variations to the traditional
phrase.
The idea prompted me to design a vintage
font called For Your Consideration with a script italic style that I
offer now in my professional foundry for Hollywood companies searching
for this logo for their promotional presentations. The logo font is
only an example of my calligraphic work and can be designed with
different styles that could be as well taken as a company brand for
cinematic presentations.
To license this kind of work, companies
and private clients can commission this kind of work and pay a
restricted license annually if they want to include my work. Licenses
are paid through PayPal and you can contact me for an estimate at –

Below is an example of For Your Consideration logo font for your entertainment, presentations and considerations.

Mimiloco Font - New Korean Mexican Calligraphy and Typography
Mimiloco font is a new commercial font
influenced by two interesting and colorful cultures – Mexican and Korean
– dominating the Los Angeles scene.
It’s been 31 years since the visionary
movie Bladerunner was presented in theaters showing a degrading
environment of Los Angeles and I was thinking what has really changed in
Los Angeles. Well a lot, I won’t go into rants but driving one night I
noticed something really different: Mexican food trucks which every
night park on the streets catering an interesting audience.
I parked my car on the corner of Sunset
and Alvarado St. watching how Koreans and Latinos were ordering food to
the Mexican cookers inside the trucks. That was really different.
Koreans eating and devouring tacos and burritos with salsa and enjoying
Mexican food. Here you have it. A new fusion of two cultures through
Mexican cuisine!
That great idea prompted me to design a
different Bladerunner font, more modern with our times using
calligraphy. That’s how Mimiloco font was born. From a Bladerunner scene
where you can see the combination of neon street signs in Korean and
Mexican language.
Mimiloco is available as a
high-resolution commercial font for street signs and big
store/billboards displays, and you can purchase the license through
Paypal’s credit cards. For more information and font delivery, please

As an example, I’ve included a visual of my last professional font Mimiloco for your entertainment and consideration.

Boxeo Font - Las Vegas Boxing Typography
The popularity and demand of my
professional sports font Lucha Libre made me design more display
typography for new titles posters. This time, boxing events got my
attention as I’m a devoted fan of the great boxer Manny Pacquiao.
Boxeo font is designed with heavy
uppercase characters in tight kerning combined with a set of generous
x-height small caps glyphs to give not only vintage readability, but
also a modern look to boxing posters, in particular the ones advertised
at Caesar Palace and MGM Grand Arena.
Boxeo font is a commercial one and can
be licensed by purchasing the license through PayPal’s credit cards.
This venue has proven to be very safe with my customers and clients. For
more information on how to purchase the license, font delivery and
further details, please contact me directly – darkvotum@gmail.com
Below I’ve prepared a good example on how Boxeo font can be used for boxing events and other fighting sports.

El Cucuy Font - Halloween Horror Nights Typography
Based on the popularity of my
professional Mexican horror font La Llorona, I’ve designed this
commercial font for the opening of the show El Cucuy- Halloween Horror
Nights at Universal Studios this year.
Announced as the successor to the wildly
popular maze La Llorona, El Cucuy follows in the footsteps of
recreating a Spanish/Latin American legend. Similar to the
European-based legend of the bogeyman, El Cucuy claims the lives of
children who misbehave. Even more, El Cucuy is said to hide in closets,
under beds, in shadows or any place that’s dark.
The font Cucuy is ideal for movie screen
titles and fancy display presentations/billboards and it can be
purchased with the license through PayPal’s credit cards. For details
and font delivery, please contact me – darkvotum@gmail.com
Below you can find the display samples of the professional font Cucuy. Thanks for your considerations and Happy Halloween!

Estoque - Original Spanish Font For Beer Advertising and Marketing
This new Spanish font is a first preview of my
professional font Estoque. Estoque means the sword used to kill bulls
in Spanish and this unique vector font is designed with the bullfighting theme happening in Spain and Mexico.
The font is in development and I just
finished the uppercase letters and soon the small case letters will
follow with proper kerning and hinting. The font can be licensed to an
American manufacturing company searching to introduce a new beer that
can compete with Corona and Dos Equis in the Hispanic marketing with successful advertising campaigns.
.For further inquiries and information
about the commercial font and special rights license, please contact me –
darkvotum@gmail.com
Below is a preview example of the Spanish font Estoque. Thanks for your considerations.

New Komanche Font - Mexican Typography With Class
If you watch the screen titles of the movie Rio Grande (1950), you’ll notice the influence of my new professional font Komanche.
The font has a warm bold design in the
uppercase letters combined with a wooden style in the small letters to
give a well-balanced Mexican typography and a memorable appearance.
Komanche font is ideal for
presentations, brochures, billboards, store signs, album covers and
movie titles. It can be purchased with a commercial license through
PayPal’s credit cards. For more details, please contact me –
darkvotum@gmail.com
Here are some media samples of Komanche as screen presentations.Monday, September 2, 2013
What If Oz Would Have Redesigned the Yahoo! Brand?
In the last 30 days, I’ve seen the
Yahoo! company marketing its brand logo with a desperate campaign (some
call it brilliant! Not!) using the most bizarre fonts in a most
spectacular way, alienating the user.
With that in mind, the change was to
revive a spirit of innovation, perhaps to compete with the Google logo
brand, which in my opinion it is a savvy classic design.
Using the two basic elements of the
Yahoo! logo: the color purple and the exclamation point, I redesigned my
own version of the logo using my Kansas Rainbow font (from the original
Wizard of Oz movie). Available with the purchase of a license using
PayPal.
Wow! What a difference it makes. The
logo is vibrant, classic, vintage, stylish and modern. Want to see the
result? I think it competes with Google reflecting a new visual
experience!

The Horrible Truth Behind The World War Z Story
It is interesting that before the release of this movie World War Z, I had a dream about the epidemic of apocalypse zombies. This time, the dream came again as a revelation with more details and as a sentient being I have no doubts that this event will soon happen in our small world.
In reality, the concept seems to be centered in an environmental commercial venue sponsored by the goverment under the strange title of "conversion of waste to life", (very similar concept to the "waste to energy" title).
I can't comment which environmental company is doing this bizarre experiment, but the revelation is real and I was one of the five characters visiting this company in real time. The company's employees were really communicative with the operations, until we reached the main process called "The Sanctuary", which of course, it showed the intent to convert us as one of the zombies and presented the sad truth of hungry long lines of human beings being fed through a sort of a nutritional package, in a paste style, that was responsible for the conversion of humans into zombies. Needless to say, we were forced to taste it as we experienced the initialization of this conversion. In a way, the story was similar and very convergent to Soylent Green which presents the problem of lack of global food and a extreme population habitat in numbers.
In the revelation, five of us were able to escape while our bodies started to show the biological symptoms and almost disintegration of our vital functions until we finally were rescued by a humanitarian team. (not a military one). I cannot describe fully the horror of being chased by zombies, eyes without sight, black skins showing bloodless veins, missing toes and fingers, falling teeth, cannibalistic desires, etc, etc.
After waking up, I was thinking about the saga and how these zombies were able to walk and run without toes in their feet. At any rate, expect a biological attack soon and be prepared!

DownThemAll - A Piece of Shit Software Plugin for Firefox
Disappointing is not enough. This is the fourth time downloading a miserable 400 mb to find out the computer crashes or freezes without no solution to resume the download. This plugin is shit and really I don't know how this programmer thinks it's great stuff and has the balls to ask for donations. Enough said!
